What types of appliances can your technicians repair?

Our highly skilled technicians are experienced in repairing a wide range of kitchen and laundry appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, and more. Please check our Services page to see if your appliance is listed as one we service. If you have a specific appliance not listed, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Do you offer same-day service?

We understand the importance of having your appliances in working order, so we strive to offer same-day or next-day service whenever possible. Please call us to schedule an appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Do you provide parts for the appliances or should I supply them?

Our technicians carry a variety of common parts with them to each service call. If a specific part is needed for a repair, we can typically source it. If you have a part you'd like us to use, please discuss this with us when scheduling your appointment.

What brands of appliances do you service?

We service a wide range of appliance brands, including but not limited to Whirlpool, GE, LG, Samsung, Bosch, and KitchenAid. Please check our Services page to see if your brand is listed as one we service. If your brand is not listed, please reach out to us - it's very likely we can still help.

What can I do if my appliance starts acting up again after the repair?

All of our repairs come with a 30 day Service Call Warranty, a 1 year Parts Warranty, and a 90 day Labor Warranty for the specific parts installed. If any issues with your appliance occur within the Service Call Warranty period, please get in touch with us right away and we will revisit the issue at no additional trip or diagnostic charge. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and appliance functionality.

Does the service call apply to the repair?

Our Service Call is just our diagnostic and trip fee combined, used to cover the gas for your technician to get to you and his time to diagnose the problem with your appliance. Parts and labor for the repair of your appliance are separate charges from the Service Call. However, our Service Call is warrantied for 30 days, so if you have another issue with your appliance after we fix it within the next 30 days, we come back out at no additional trip or diagnostic charge.

Do you use refurbished or used parts for repairs?

No, we only use brand-new, factory certified parts, hence why we have a 1 year warranty on all of our parts.

What is your hourly labor rate?

We do not charge based on an hourly labor rate. Labor is based on the intensity of the job, rather than how long it can take different technicians.

Do you service Samsung Refrigerators?

No, we do not. Samsung is going through a class-action lawsuit due to defects that have been found with their refrigerators. If you are having issues with a Samsung refrigerator, we would recommend calling 1-800-SAMSUNG to see what they can do for you. We do work on all other Samsung kitchen and laundry appliances.

Are you open for service on the weekends?

Unfortunately, we are only open Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm and do not offer any service on the weekends.
